HOW TO ORDER

All orders must include full payment by cheque or money order to reserve plants.

Email us your list and we will confirm availability and order total by email or telephone. Orders will be held for 2 weeks. Full payment must be received by regular mail within 2 weeks to hold your plant reservation.

All paid orders will receive confirmation and date of shipping. Please note that we are not required to charge GST!

 

GUARANTEE

Plants are personally dug, washed, labeled and packaged bare rooted. We guarantee them to be true to name and healthy when they leave our farm. If you are unhappy when you receive your order please notify us immediately upon receipt. You will receive a full refund once the plants have been returned. From this point on they belong to you, to cherish and provide a suitable home for. If you are unsure of how to care for your daylilies, please refer to our info page or contact us. We will be happy to assist you. Some cultivars are in shorter supply so please order early to avoid disappointment, as orders will be accepted on a first-come first- served basis.

 

SHIPPING      

All orders will be shipped EXPEDITED POST (3 TO 5 DAYS) on Monday or Tuesday to insure arrival before the weekend. Shipping will normally commence in early May and continue throughout the summer and early fall. If you are unable to receive your plants on certain dates, please indicate this clearly on the order form.

 

As bare root daylilies ship extremely well, we recommend Expedited Post as Express Post has become very expensive. Shipping rates are for orders of up to 5 plants.  For orders in excess of 5 plants, please add an additional .50 cents per plant to the total. Also, if you would still prefer Express Post, please contact us for rates.

 

PICK UP FROM THE FARM

For those customers who live in the area or will be traveling through, arrangements can be made to pick up your order directly at the farm. Please indicate if you prefer this option on the order form.

 

SUBSTITUTION

We will not substitute without your permission, please list alternate choices (of similar value) on the order form. Otherwise we will ship a similar variety of equal or greater value. If you do not want any plants substituted and a refund issued, please mark the order form accordingly.
