When placing your order, please note that your plants will be reserved for you as soon as we have received your payment in full. You will then receive an order confirmation and approximate shipping date. Some varieties are available in limited quantities, so order early if a plant is a must have.
We are not required to charge taxes, except for the PST for those of you living in our home province of British Columbia.

Shipping
All orders are shipped by EXPEDITED POST, leaving on a Monday or Tuesday to insure arrival before the weekend. We ship from mid May through to early Fall. Your order will be shipped when appropriate for your gardening zone unless otherwise instructed by you. You will receive notice of your shipping date by email or phone shortly before your order is mailed. If you are unable to receive your plants on certain dates, please advise us.
SHIPPING RATES:
BC and Alberta $10.00 plus .50 cents per plant
Sask and Manitoba $12.00 plus .50 cents per plant
All Other Provinces $16.00 plus .50 cents per plant
For customers who live in our area or will be traveling through, arrangements can be made to pick up your order DIRECTLY AT THE FARM. Please indicate if you prefer this option when you order.
Substitution
We will not substitute without your permission. Please list alternate choices (of similar value) on the order form. Otherwise we will substitute a similar variety of equal or greater value. If you prefer not to have any plants substituted please mark the order form accordingly, we will then send you a full refund for any shorted plants.
Our Guarantee
All of our orders are personally filled. We guarantee our daylilies to be true to name and healthy when they leave our farm. If planted and cared for properly without delay they will grow. If you are unsure of how to care for your bare rooted daylilies please refer to our info page or contact us. We will be happy to assist you. As well, written instructions are included in every order.
If you are dissatisfied with the condition of your daylilies when they arrive, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We will make every effort to resolve the issue. Once accepted, they are yours to provide a suitable home for and to enjoy for many years.
